The Set Up
From $500
For the couple who have designed every detail, but want to step back and enjoy the morning.
Hand over the blueprints and let us bring your vision to life. This service ensures every element is styled exactly as you intended, allowing you, your family, and your bridal party to spend the morning relaxing and celebrating together while we handle the final touches.
What is included:
- The Blueprint Consult: An in-depth pre-wedding consultation designed to outline your layout and finalize your styling preferences.
- The Placement Portfolio: A personalized briefing template that allows you to specify the exact arrangement of every element.
- The Ceremony: Comprehensive setup of your ceremony space, including chairs, runners, custom signage, aisle decor, plinths, and guest comforts such as fans or parasols.
- The Reception: Arrangement of all tabletop and room elements, including place cards, menus, centerpieces, candles, guestbook displays, gift tables, and favors.
The Fine Details:
- Serving the NSW South Coast and beyond (travel fees apply for outside of the South Coast).
- Includes 3 hours of on-site setup by our team.
- Focused solely on setup; excludes timeline curation and on-the-day coordination.
- Styling is based strictly on your provided layout brief and placement template.
The Bridal Assist
From $1000
Setup and essential coordination designed to get you down the aisle with total peace of mind. This is the sweet spot for couples who want a seamless wedding day without managing the moving parts. From aligning your vendor team in the final weeks to overseeing the live logistics on the day, we handle the timeline so you can remain entirely present in the moment.
What Is Included:
- The Strategy: An initial pre-wedding consultation to map out your plans, logistics, and final requirements.
- The Handover: Direct vendor liaison 4–6 weeks prior to align timelines and logistics.
- The Blueprint: Curation of a master wedding day runsheet.

The Access: Unlimited communication with our team in the lead-up to your day.
The Fine Details:
- Up to 6 hours of dedicated on-site coordination.
- Additional hours can be added to this package at an hourly rate
- Full access to the Kartal Events bridal emergency kit is included, as well as clear umbrellas in the event of wet weather.

The Signature Day

- 10 hours - $1800

Up to 12 hours of end-to-end coordination from morning prep to the grand exit. This package covers every detail of your day, making it perfect for complex setups, multi-venue celebrations, or extended receptions.
What Is Included:
- Vendor Takeover: We step in as the main point of contact 4–6 weeks out to finalize logistics.

The Fine Details:

Travel: Time runs continuously and includes transit between multi-venue locations.
- Travel & Accommodation: For celebrations located more than 2 hours' drive from our base, or where active shift durations exceed 12 hours, overnight accommodation must be provided or reimbursed by the client to ensure the team's safety.

Meals: Vendor meals must be provided for any event over 6 hours.
- Guest Count & Scale: Large-scale celebrations or high guest counts may require an additional coordinator at an extra cost to ensure seamless execution.
